How much does luggage repair cost?
Simple repairs such as a zipper slider, suitcase foot or strap clip typically start under $30. Wheel replacements, handle repairs and shell repairs vary by parts. We always quote before we start.
How long do repairs take?
Many small repairs are done while you wait. Wheel, handle and zipper track replacements are usually ready in 2–5 business days. Parts that must be ordered can extend that to a week or two.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. If you would like a guaranteed while-you-wait slot, call ahead and we will reserve time.
Which brands do you repair?
All of them. Samsonite, Travelpro, Tumi, Rimowa, Away, Delsey, Briggs & Riley, Monos, Osprey, Patagonia, Coach and everything in between.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Replacement parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.
Can you help with an airline damage claim?
Yes. We provide the photographs and itemized written estimate airlines require, and we complete the repair once your claim is approved.
Do you offer mail-in repair?
Yes, for customers across Colorado and beyond. Email or text photos for an estimate, then ship the bag to us or request a prepaid label.
Do you sell replacement parts for DIY repair?
We can supply wheels, sliders and some hardware for customers who prefer to do their own work. Bring the bag or a photo so we can match the part.
