Estimates and Payment

Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available. If additional work is discovered during repair we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Payment is due on collection or before return shipping.

Warranty

Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of repair. The warranty covers failure of the repaired area under normal use and excludes new damage, airline handling damage, misuse and normal wear of other components. Replacement parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

Unclaimed Items

Items not collected within 90 days of notification that they are ready may be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated after reasonable attempts to contact the owner.

Mail-In Repairs

Customers are responsible for adequately packaging items shipped to us. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit unless a shipping label we provided was used and insurance was purchased.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for the contents of any bag left with us; please remove all personal items.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
