Small hardware failures cause big inconveniences. A snapped shoulder strap clip, a missing suitcase foot or a sheared rivet on a handle anchor can make a bag unusable overnight. We keep an extensive selection of metal and acetal hardware so most of these repairs can be completed while you wait.
Where the original fitting was the weak point, we recommend an upgraded replacement: solid metal swivel clips in place of plastic, stainless rivets in place of aluminum, and wider webbing where straps were undersized. Small changes that make a bag last far longer.
