A lock that won't open with the right combination, or a broken key lock on a vintage case, does not have to mean cutting the bag open. We non-destructively open jammed integrated locks, reset forgotten combinations where the mechanism allows, and replace failed units with TSA-accepted locks so your bag can be inspected without damage.
For hard-side cases with integrated TSA locks in the shell, we carry replacement modules for the most common designs and can adapt others. Owners of heritage or leather luggage with key locks can have the mechanism serviced rather than replaced to preserve the original look.
