A cracked corner on a hard-side case is not the end of the road. Polycarbonate and ABS shells can be plastic-welded, backed with a bonded reinforcement plate and refinished so the repair is structurally stronger than the original panel. Aluminum cases can be reshaped and dents reduced without replacing the shell.
We take shell repair seriously because a compromised corner will propagate under baggage-handling loads. Every repair is reinforced from the inside, behind the lining, so the visible surface stays clean and the structure is restored where it matters.

Will the crack repair be visible?
A faint repair line may remain on some textured shells, but the repair is bonded and reinforced from inside so it will not spread.
Can you fix a suitcase that was crushed by an airline?
Often, yes. If the shell is deformed but not shattered we can reshape and reinforce it. We also document the damage for your airline claim.
