Cracked, flat-spotted or seized wheels turn a smooth trip through DIA into a workout. Because most wheel housings are riveted or screwed into the shell, an owner-attempted repair often ends with a damaged base. We remove the old assembly cleanly, match the axle diameter and wheel width, and install a new set that rolls straight and silent.
We keep a broad inventory of single and double spinner wheels, two-wheel inline rollers, and complete caster housings. If your bag uses a proprietary housing we can frequently rebuild it around a new wheel rather than replacing the whole unit, which keeps costs down and preserves the look of the case.

Should I replace one wheel or all four?
If the other three show even wear, replacing all four keeps the bag rolling straight. If the failure was impact damage on one wheel, a single replacement is fine.
Can you upgrade to quieter wheels?
Yes. Many of our replacement sets use polyurethane treads and sealed bearings that are noticeably quieter than the originals.
My wheel housing is cracked, not just the wheel. Can that be fixed?
In most cases we can replace the housing or reinforce the mounting area from inside the shell.
